We are deeply saddened by the loss of “Uncle Wally”. He was a best friend to my dad, James R Murray from childhood. They fished together from the time they were kids and Walt was my dad’s best man. Uncle Wally would babysit me and my sister when my mother would take “Grandma” Lydia shopping, He would tell us stories and we loved spending time with him and his dogs. Walt even helped my dad taking a week off to help add on to our home with my dad’s growing family. He and my dad both served in the Korean War. They always were best friends. Walt was a gentle man with a warm smile and a twinkle in his eye and will be greatly missed. The daughter of James R Murray, Ann M Walters(Murray)
