Percy passed away on Monday, January 28, 2013 at his home with his family at his side. He was 80 years old. Percy Topham was born on February 29, 1932 in Saginaw to the late Percy Sr. and Frieda (Schultz) Topham. He married Abbey Paquette on June 9, 1956 in Saginaw. She survives him.
