So sad to learn of the loss of this great man! Percy was the life of BayPort..I have so many memories of the Topham Family! From picnics to fireworks, boat rides to water skiing adventures, my memories are flooded with nothing but happy- happy times. The Hoot N Holler Gang will go down in history as some of the best times for all of you. We as your children- had some pretty good laughs watching the 8 of you act like children yourselves! Oh the laughs...oh the memories. May our Lord bless and keep the Topham family- cherish how wonderful Percy was and how special your family is to the BayPort gang. Love always, Karen Taylor-Ober
