I forgot to tell you.....I got another King Charles Cavalier puppy and named her Ella. After a few days of very "naughtyness", she was re-named "Ella Mae"!!! And....yes, she does have some red/brown hair! Just turned 3 yrs old today!
Thought you'd get a kick out of that.
Hugs again, Suzi

Marty, Jeff, Andy & families, I will truly miss your mom who was a special "auntie" to me....I will miss our phone calls & just chatting whether it be to solve the world's problems or just catching up with family stuff. I know she was ready to go be with your dad....she had a good life. Will see you all this summer.....& will give a call before then.
Lots of hugs coming your way......Love, Suzi
ps....I didn't "spell check" this memo so hopefully did OK & won't feel your mom giving me the "eye"

This greeted me this morning and I am grateful for this posting. Tears are filling my coffee cup as Mrs. Wilson was my business teacher throughout high school and was a key figure in securing a scholarship for me at Saginaw Business Institute. I returned there several times to speak to students entering the business world and my employment in a large law firm. The most important skill was shorthand at that time and I still use it for meetings, recipes and notes to self although memory has filtered out some of my prize strokes! On behalf of the first graduating class of DMHS, who were privileged to be your students, our fondest memories will accompany you to your heavenly home. Lee Ann (Kohlschmidt) Paszkiewicz.

Oh, our beautiful Elly- a woman I respected a great deal, a wonderful colleague, and a lovely friend! Elly and I worked together at Eisenhower starting in 1972. Over the past 10 years, we had lunch several times, even once with Lew Fenton, Football Coach and Accounting Teacher. She sure was an excellent role model for her students!! Her shorthand skills were second to none, and, we agreed that it is a lost art. Most of all, I know she was the best wife, mother and grandmother and always updated me on all of you! She and Bud were just adorable with one another, and it was obvious that they were so in love!! I once went to their house to make Yooper pasties and stopped by to see them at Christmas. I last talked to her right after her birthday; we ended each conversation, saying I love you! She just warmed my heart. My sincere sympathy to all of you! You were blessed to have her for so long, I will always miss her. May our dear Elly rest in heavenly peace, reunited with her Bud! Love, Carol Socha

Many happy memories:
up north and the out of doors, stringing popcorn for the christmas tree, hearing uncle Bud thinking out loud while doing the dishes, and Aunt Elly giving Patti hell for how she voted.
you are loved and will be missed.
