Cheri, I'm so sorry to hear about your Dad's passing. I was afraid of him, but sooo many memories. The mini bike he bought you for your birthday! We rode that everywhere! I was afraid to go back to the cabin after I crashed it and laid your toe open. He drove us down back roads and we collected rocks with your mom. The New Year's party you had and broke your ankle while they were at the cabin and they had to drive Crackerbox back to Saginaw in the middle of the night. He had a strong heart to survive your childhood and early adulthood.
Thank you brother Dan for being part of Local 85, a great career for sure...Prayers and Positive energy sent to the family, many friends and Union brothers and sisters...RIP Dan.
I have fond memories of Dan, the summer time spent at the cabin in Hale. I remember the time we went fishing out on a boat and I time I retrieved a hook for him. The time the back window in his convertible wouldn't zip close. My thoughts and prayers are with Cheri and the family.
