I have fond memories of going out to Butch and Mary Ellen's place back in the 70's and riding their horses with them. I also worked at Michigan Bell Telephone Co from 1968 to 1980 and was also a Cable Splicer out of the Bagley Garage along with Butch and the other great guys I worked with from 1975 thru 1980 when I took a leave of absence and bought a Liquor-party-gas station here in Gladwin. My condolences to all Butch's family and friends. He will be greatly missed by many.

I well remember meeting Butch at several events and was so impressed with his friendliness and enthusiasm. I might be wrong, but he recalled that he once owned a motorbike and stated that my two brothers, Joe and Richard, were also members of that notorious "gang." He was a down-to-earth original with a hearty laugh.

To my Warner cousins Jim, Tony, Beth, Linda and families, thinking of you all at this difficult time. I will treasure the memories of all of the reunions you all with your mom and dad hosted. Getting to ride a horse, swimming in the pond, the zip line, and getting to golf with Uncle Wally at the pre reunion golf outings. Peaceful thinking of a sweet reunion with Aunt Mary Ellen. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Pat, Stephanie, Adam, and Matthew Shay

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Butch. He was one of my favorite physical therapy patients. I had the pleasure of working with him each time he was admitted at our facility. He always worked hard, had a smile on his face even in times of great pain, and shared numerous stories that uplifted lives including how proud he was of all of his family. He will always have a special place in my heart and will be missed.

Jim, Tony, Linda and Beth,
There are no words to express the sadness we all feel by the passing of your dad. A great family. Raised by two wonderful caring parents. Back in the day every Hemlock Huskie spent time on the WWRanch. From Halloween hay rides, bonfires and many shenanigans.
The Warner family has made countless memories for so many.
Beth- I'll always be there and know you are loved and my heart breaks with you my oldest and dearest friend. Love, Belly.

My dear, sweet cousin who was like another brother to me. Memories, fun, lots of laughs, some struggles through our lifetime will never be forgotten. I love you and will miss visiting you when I come home so you can show me all the new construction at the "compound"! Also our telephone conversations, maybe not long but gratifying. No more doctors, hospitals and pain dear guy for which we are thankful. RIP. Have fun dancing with Mary Ellen and seeing grandma, grandpa and my folks and yours!
