Thank you Sue. We kids loved to hear Mom tell stories about life on Catherine Street.

Grew up with Kitty, playing at Bliss Park......and running the streets playing kick ball, hop scotch, cards on a porch. It was a perfect time, and place. Little traffic enabled the nine of us to gather anyplace in a two block area. Those were the days.
I am saddened by Kitty's passing. We periodically had a gathering of the Catherine Street Gang. Our friendship continued through the years. She is well, and some day we will meet again.
Much love to Dottie, and her families.

Dear Family of Kitty,
Kitty is a special lady for the Shek family. We are so sorry to hear that Kitty is no longer with us here on earth, she has traveled onto Heaven. She had such a delightful spirit and love she shared with others. We loved Kitty and Ed and will ever be grateful for their lives. May God embrace her family.

Kitty and her husband Ed were dear friends of ours for many years, and we always thought Kitty was a very special lady, warm, caring, good sense of humor. (She and Ed laughed often, always ready for a funny story -- great company). We will miss her very much but are comforted by the thought that two people in heaven are rejoicing mightily as she joins Ed. Deepest sympathy to her family on the loss of a wonderful mother and grandmother.
