So sorry I can't be at the memorial service this evening. I well remember him helping to paint our old home (quite a job!) which we still live in; some meetings and chats at Joey James Bar; his attendance at some of the Humanities Series; and, of course, meeting with him at church services. He always had such a pleasant personality and a really entertaining whimsical outlook on life. And that smile...
