I am deeply sadden to hear the passing of Lou. As one of his many tenants in one of his homes for several years I was able to establish a friendship with Lou. Years later, I have had the pleasure of networking with him where I currently work. He was a very humble, caring and outgoing person. Even up to a month ago he was working. I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to speak to him then and to even know him. Lou always spoke highly of his daughter & son. I recall the many trips he had to visit his father in Florida and recent. My deepest condolences to his entire family may each of you find comfort & peace during this time. May he rest in peace.
