Obituary of Ann Elizabeth Sullivan

Our loving sister, aunt and friend passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at Saginaw Geriatrics Nursing Home. She was 70 years old. Ann Elizabeth Sullivan was born on October 10, 1945, in Saginaw, Michigan to the late Edward and Elizabeth (Dorner) Sullivan. She graduated from St. Mary's Cathedral with the Class of 1963. She would attend St. Mary's Cathedral, now known as the Cathedral of Mary of the Assumption, her whole life. She made a career in banking administration. In her spare time, Ann enjoyed classic cars; she owned a 1955 white-over-robin-egg-blue Chevy. She also was a home care giver for many people. Ann will be missed by her brother, Lawrence Sullivan of Saginaw; nephew, Joshua Sullivan of St. Petersberg, FL; and niece, Carrie Ann Sullivan of Jersey City, NJ; special friend, Tom Vitek; dear friends: Marge Sienko and Dorothy Doak; and numerous other friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Timmie Sullivan and Edward Sullivan Jr.; and special dog, Angel. FUNERAL: A funeral liturgy service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 19, 2016 at The Cathedral of Mary of the Assumption, 615 Hoyt Ave., 48607. Rev. Fr. Andy Booms will officiate. Cremation will follow Mass. VISITATION: Friends are welcome to visit with the family at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass. MEMORIALS: In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider a memorial contribution to the family.
