Barb was a consummate teacher who treasured every child she taught. Her dedication was exemplary and her teaching skills were remarkable. She never had a "bad day" and brightened the lives of everyone who knew her with her kindness. She will be sorely missed but her loving influence on the lives of her students, family, colleagues, and friends will be felt far into the future. Barb left the world a far better place.
We extend our heartfelt sympathy to her family.

I could not have ever asked for a nicer sister and friend. She was always there for me, no matter what. She was also my mentor -- from teaching me my times-tables in grade school and I always joked with her that I would still be in Mr. Drew's 9th grade Algebra class if it weren't for her help every day after school. Neall and I were so looking forward to meeting for breakfast on 12/29/15 which was one of our yearly events that we will miss so much. Also our yearly trip to meet in Frankenmuth for a chicken dinner in September for her birthday. We always fought over who got the chicken liver pate.
Our hearts are with our neices and nephew, Sue, Gayle and Jeff and their families.
Love, Aunt Dorothy and Uncle Neall
