Obituary of Warren H. Kaufman
Please share a memory of Warren to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
KAUFMAN, Warren H. of Saginaw Township, Michigan, passed away on Saturday, May 9, 2015 at his home, surrounded by his family, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was 60 years old.
Warren H. Kaufman was born on July 17, 1954 in Akron, Ohio to the late Warren and Ann (Zieman) Kaufman. He married Pamela J. McIntyre on April 19, 1974; she survives him. Warren graduated from Swan Valley High School with the Class of 1972. He was then employed at Dow Chemical for 34 years until his retirement. He worked very hard to take care of his family. He enjoyed boating, fishing, working on cars, woodworking, and hanging out with his brother, Alan at the airport. Warren loved nothing more than his family; his grandchildren were his pride and joy.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 41 years, Pam; two daughters: Kerri (Chris Mellon) Chernauckas and Kelly (Ryan) Greenwood; six grandchildren: Drew, Chase, Alec, Joshua, Nathan, and Kara; two brothers, Alan (Rosalie) Kaufman and Douglas Lyman; four sisters: Mary (John) Miller, Linda (Chuck) Woods, LouAnn Truran, and Susie Schrairer; five sisters-in-law: Chris Fila, Linda Kowalewski, Mary Kay (Jerry) Martinez, Susie (Paul) Billow, and Jenny (Mark Heinzelmann, M.D.) Manzoni; two brothers-in-law: Rob (Julie) McIntyre and Tommy McIntyre; canine friend, Buster; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Warren was preceded in death by his parents and his father- and mother-in-law, Joseph and Barbara McIntyre.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to: Sam Shaheen, M.D., John Bartnik, M.D., and Laurie Meyer, DNP.
