Mommy I know your in a better place and my selfless wants you back. But you taught me not to be selfish. Thank you for showing and teaching me to appreciate what you have today.
As I take time to remember our memories I realize we have a lot in common. We like music, dancing, crafts, you taught me how to crochet. Socialize with friends. . Mommy you will be deeply miss.

My sincerest condolences to the family. She was such a fiesty lady which I absolutely admired and loved about her. She didn't beat around the bush and called it like it was. Her obituary couldn't have been better written. I know her passing will be hard for everyone and she will be greatly missed. She was truly a great woman who I had the blessing of sharing many stories with. She truly loved her family beyond words. I hope you can find some kind of comfort in knowing she will walk the golden streets of Heaven with Heavenly Father and will be waiting to greet everyone when they go home in their due time. Peace be with all of you during this time.

Back during the "Tuscola St" days, Aunt Connie always let me spend the night with PD whenever I wanted to, even though I had to help wash dishes in that big white sink. LOL She always made me and my family feel welcomed in her home. When my Abuelito & Abuelita Gonzales moved from Tuscola St to Bakersfield, CA, the Trevino family shared all our holidays with Aunt Connie and her family. Those are some of my best childhood memories. Aunt Connie always had a hug and smile for me whenever I saw her. She was a beautiful woman, inside and out, and I am so glad I had such a wonderful Great-Aunt to look up to and helped give me a great example of how to be a loving and caring Tia to my nieces and nephews. Thank you Aunt Connie. I love you and will miss you. Love your great-niece, Erika Trevino
