Our hearts go out to each of you in the McIntosh family on the home going of "Uncle" Bob. Sandy, I and the kids will miss that smile and humorous whit he always shared. Some of the fondest memories of growing up were of getting together with the extended families and then listening to your dad and mine talk. I hope you know that your dad provided a great model for a father, worker, and patriot. He will be missed.

My sympathies to the McIntosh family on the passing of your parents. While I never had the opportunity to meet all of you, my wife and I were very fond of your parents. Bob was my first boss at Wickes Lumber-always supportive and fun to work with through the years. The first month I began (1967), my wife (Toni) was bedridden with strep (sp) -throat, your Mom came to care for our children (3,4,&5 ) for 3 or 4 days while I was at the office. I know it was stressful for her but, we very much appreciated it . It proves what wonderful people they both were and why we will always remember them. Our prayers are with you all. To the McIntosh family,; I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. Your father lived a long, full life, but it is never easy to say good bye. My thoughts and prayers will be with you next week. I'm sorry to say, I will be out of town, but for sure, I will be with you in spirit.
