Our loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and dear friend passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 5, 2025 at Covenant Healthcare – Cooper. She was 77 years old. Linda Ann DeVault was born on October 31, 1947 in Grand Rapids to the late Ford and Barbara (Harig) DeVault. She married John J. Frantz on May 17, 1975, and he preceded her in death on January 22, 2017. Linda loved caring for her family and will be deeply missed by her children: Denny (Sherrie) Frantz, Kimberly (David Jewell) Heeringa and Thomas (Amy) Frantz; grandchildren: John (Rachel) Frantz, Brandon Frantz, Krista (Dominick) VanHorssen, Kayla (Jordan) Kreykes, Krystal (Trenton) Allen, Austin (Hannah) Owens, Thomas D. (Savannah Shankel) Frantz, Georgia Frantz and Molly Frantz; great grandchildren: Jolene, Kaydence, Malachi, Olive, Realm, Reuben, Eden, Oakley, Elliot and Sydney; siblings: Ford (Kathy) DeVault, Larry (Maureen) DeVault, Richard (Becky) DeVault and Karen DeVault; dear friend, Billy Helton; and many nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.

SERVICE: In keeping with Linda’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A time of celebration will be held on Sunday January 19, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Trufant DBS Hall, 308 W. 2nd St., Trufant MI 49347. Linda’s cremated remains will be laid to rest at Trufant Township Cemetery.

MEMORIALS: In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider a donation to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or spend some time planting and caretaking in Family Farm on Facebook.
