James R. Elbert passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 28, 2024 at Covenant HealthCare – Cooper. He was 77 years old. James R. Elbert was born February 18, 1947 in Saginaw to the late Roland W. and Marion E. (Jahnke) Elbert. He graduated from Arthur Hill High School in 1965. Jim worked as a surveyor in Saginaw County area for many years. Jim was a train and plane enthusiast, he enjoyed watching sports, especially football and baseball.

Jim is survived by several cousins, extended family and dear friends.

He will be laid to rest in Roselawn Memorial Gardens alongside his parents.
