Loving wife, mother, grandmother, grammy, sister, aunt, and friend passed away on Monday, November 18, 2024 at MyMichigan Medical Center in Saginaw with her loving family by her side. She was 71 years old. Carmen Theresa Silva was born on October 31, 1953 in Saginaw, Michigan. She married Richard Delgado on March 6, 1971 in Saginaw. Carmen was a dedicated employee of the United States Postal Service for 15 years and she also worked at Pic Way Shoe Store. Lerma) Delgado; grandchildren, Mariya, Brianna (Hunter), Richard III, Zoey, Lucas, and Jonas; two sisters, Roseanne Worthington and Jeanne Delacruz; many nieces and nephews, and her “ride or die” best friends, Pat and Phil Flores, Velia Delgado, and Mary Salas.

Carmen was preceded in death by her sister, Sylvia Castanon, daughter in-love, Roxanne Moore, and her mother in-law Esperanza Merino.
