Our loving mother, grandmother, aunt and dear friend passed away at her home on Wednesday, September 25, 2024. She was 97 years old. Jacqueline A. George was born on July 26, 1927 in Saginaw to the late Henry and Lena (Spindler) George. She married the love of her life, Ronald C. Forrest on September 26, 1959 in Saginaw. He preceded her in death on July 7, 1998.

Jacquie is survived by her daughter, Kathryn “Kathy” (Robert) Hoffman; grandchildren: Kylie Chester and Dallas Chester; dear friends: Jean and Roger Beck, Sharon Epperson and Sandra Echan.

Jacquie was preceded in death by her sister, Lee Roth.

SERVICE: A private committal service was held for family at Oakwood Cemetery.

MEMORIALS: In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider a donation to Kellogg Eye Center, 1000 Wall Street Ann Arbor, MI.
