An artist indeed: I remember Joe on a scaffold with his music box and a can of pop painting a house- he looked like an artist. His love for music- playing the drums and yes- even singing in a band. With a weird sense of humor he was funny at times with a great smile. He dearly loved his sons. Rest in peace Joe.
