Our loving wife, mother, noni, sister, aunt and dear friend passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at Ascension St. Mary’s Hospital, after a short illness. She was 75 years old. Mary K. Hutchcraft was born on January 28, 1947 in Detroit to the late Harold and Eileen (Hendron) Hutchcraft, the oldest of seven children. Mary K. graduated from Finney High School in 1965. She married the love of her life, T. Joseph “Joe” Fiorentino, on December 27, 1965. When Joe enlisted with the Navy, Mary K. moved to Rhode Island where she got to explore the east coast. When Joe returned from the service, they returned to Detroit. Mary K. enjoyed driving bus for the City of Harper Woods for 10 years. She volunteered with S.O.C. in Grosse Pointe, and the Eleanor Frank Senior Center in Saginaw. Mary K. was a former member of the American Daughters of the Revolution. She loved to spend time camping with family and the many dear friends she made through the Michigan Branch of the International Turtles. Mary K. had a love for astrology, reading people’s astrology charts, watching birds, gardening and helping people through hypnotherapy.

Mary K. is survived by her husband, Joe; daughter and son-in-law, Megan (Jim) Gohr; grandson, Nathan Gohr; sister, Veronica (Chris) Hess; brothers: Kevin Hutchcraft and Christopher Hutchcraft; many nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.

Mary K. was preceded in death by her parents; son, Tom J. Fiorentino; siblings: Michael Hutchcraft, Roger Hutchcraft and Amy Wamsley; and her beloved four legged angel, Scooter.

In keeping with Mary K.’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Her family will celebrate her life with a Memorial Service in the spring in Detroit.
