Beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother passed away on Saturday morning, June 4, 2022, he was 64 years old. Steven Allen Piechotte was born on March 26, 1958 in Saginaw, Michigan to the late Virgil and Alice (O’Connell) Piechotte. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy. Steven was employed as a carpenter for many years.
Steven loved hunting, fishing and being outdoors riding dirt bikes and snowmobiling. He also liked doing carpentry work and playing pool. Steven always loved a warm bonfire and a cold beer. He will be remembered for his joy of music and attending many concerts over the years. But, what Steven really loved most was spending time with his family and friends.
Surviving are his wife, Penny Kuhlman; children, Joe (Amanda) Bryce, Jeff (Lindsey) Piechotte, Anthony Piechotte, Michael Kuhlman and Daniel Kuhlman; grandchildren, Cameron, Alessia and Joseph Jr.; brother, David (Cheryl) Piechotte, and niece Amanda.
Steven was preceded in death by his sister, Yvonne Piechotte.
VISITATION: Family and friends will gather at Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State) on Friday, June 10, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Military Honors will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. under the auspices of the United States Navy and American Legion Post # 22.
