Please share a memory of Betty to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Betty J. Karnosky

Saginaw, Michigan

Passed away at New Hope Valley Assisted Living Center on July 22, 2021.  Betty was born on December 6, 1926 to Marie and Rudolph Stoiser in St. Louis, Missouri.  She completed high school in Livingston, Illinois and later married Tom Karnosky.  They were married seventy-three years.  Betty was well-known for her weekly bridge playing over the past sixty years, but it was her affinity for all games that provided the incentive for her grandchildren to plan visits to challenge “Grammie” to games of Scrabble and cards.

Betty is survived by her three children:  James of Saginaw, David of Midland and Jody (Tom) of Oro Valley, Arizona, six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, a sister, Jackie McRoberts of Sun Valley, Idaho, a special niece, Beverly Best of Edwardsville, Illinois and numerous nieces, nephews and God-children.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Deisler Funeral Home and include a private memorial with a mass at St. Dominic and entombment in St. Andrew Mausoleum.  Memorials may be directed to St. Dominic Catholic Church or to any other charity of choice.
