Passed away on Monday, May 10, 2021 at Covenant HealthCare – Cooper. He was 92 years old. Warren J. Campbell was born on December 20, 1928 in Saginaw, Michigan to the late Warren and Caroline (Templen) Campbell. He graduated from Saginaw High School in 1947. Warren proudly served his country with the United States Army from 1951 until 1953, he then continued his service with the Army Reserves. Warren was united in marriage to Eleanor Zoobrick on June 16, 1956, she preceded him in death on October 29, 2020. Warren retired after 25 years from Wright Construction Co. and then went on to work for Bailey Construction Co. for a few more years. Warren and Eleanor moved up to Hubbard Lake around 1998 and made that their permanent home. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, classic cars and watching the Detroit Tigers play.
Surviving are his daughter; Karen (Larry) Tuttle, grandchildren; Megan and Kyle (Stephanie) Tuttle and great-grandchildren; Maverick and Archer.
Warren was preceded in death by his wife, Eleanor; son; Mark, daughter; Michele, brother, Donald Campbell.
FUNERAL SERVICE: A Private funeral service will take place at a later date. Pastoral Associate Sharon Wahl will officiate. Burial and Military Honors under the auspices of the United States Army and V.F.W. Post #1859 will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
