Obituary of Louise J. Rousseau

ROUSSEAU, Louise Jane of Saginaw, Michigan passed away on Thursday, November 29, 2012, at Edgewood Assisted Living with her family at her side. She was 77 years old. Louise Jane Rousseau was born on December 16, 1934 in Saginaw, Michigan to the late Paul J. Rousseau and Leona E. Horn. She was employed by the Royal Palm for many years and later worked for J.C. Penney; retiring in 2007 with over 15 years of service. Louise enjoyed riding her bike and working, but above all she cherished and treasured her family; especially shopping with her daughter, Fay and granddaughter, AuBree. Surviving are a daughter, Fay (Steve) Taylor of Freeland; a granddaughter, AuBree Taylor (fiancé, Kyle Bugg) of Grand Rapids; and a family friend, JoAnn Brogan. She was preceded in death by one brother, Robert Rousseau; and a sister, Arlene Smith. Following Louise's wishes cremation has taken place. FUNERAL: A Memorial Service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State). Rev. Fr. David L. Parsch will officiate. Rite of Committal will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. VISITATION: Friends are welcome to visit with the family at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
