Obituary of Julie Marie Brandow

BRANDOW, Julie Marie of Saginaw, Michigan passed away on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at the University of Michigan Health Systems. She was 49 years old. Julie Marie Brandow was born on October 2, 1963 in Detroit, Michigan. She was a member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church. Surviving are her mother, Joan Brandow; birth father, Richard J. Rigda, Sr.; birth mother, Nancy (Bill) Schmitt; a sister, Kelly (Blair) Ridley; five brothers: Michael Brandow, Rich Rigda, Todd (Peggy) Napierelski, Eric Schmitt and Chris Schmitt; God Mother, Barb (Mack) Strange. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Brandow. FUNERAL: Julie's Funeral Liturgy will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 3, 2012 at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 6400 McCarty Road. Rev. Fr. James R. Carlson will officiate. Honoring Julie's wishes cremation has taken place. VISITATION: Friends are welcome to visit with Julie's family at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State) on Friday, November 2, 2012 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. and at the church on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Mass. A Vigil Service will take place at 7:00 p.m. Friday evening.
