To the family of David and to all his friends. Our sincerest condolences. David crossed our path a few times in his short life as a friend of our grandson. His smile was warm, his personality sparkled and he always fit right in. Our hearts are heavy for each of you, but we pray you believe that he is in the presence of God right now as we mourn his lost. We offer our prayers for your strength and courage and send our love.

Dear David's Family, I do not know you, nor did I know David, but I am sending my prayers to all who did. I know the deep, unbearable, pain you are feeling, and my heart goes out to you. This past July, I lost my son Michael when he took his own life. The loss of a child, no matter how, is unbelievably devastating. Hold tight to your faith, and one another. Keeping you in my thoughts as you find your way through this dark time. Cindi Driscoll St Charles

My thoughts and prayers are with the family of David. They should be honered to call David their son, while thinking of my last memory with him...
Monday night at the SVSU library after we were done studying and walking out, a lady was struggling carrying her stuff. David offered/demanded that he take her stuff out of her hands and help her (he was already carrying the load of my backpack, as I have have a cast on my foot and he insisted I do not carry it). This lady said no its ok I can do it, david replied don't be silly, I can get this for you. He took the stuff for this lady and helped her get situated where she was going to sit. You could see the thankfullness in this ladies eyes of David's small gesture that made this moment for her much easier.
David has helped me as well as so so so many others out while giving up anything he had to in efforts to make the life of someone else easier or better. This kid is going to be missed. He has made a huge impact. The Chemistry department at Delta College is working on memorial pieces to remember him (I would say that is quite a touching impact). Be thankful for the time David has spent here with us all and know that his life was fully lived as one I would call "a perfect individual" I am so lucky to call him my best friend as I know many others were also.
Thoughts and Prayers <3

I didn't know David well, but I'd like to share my experience with David. David got to work in the morning about the same time I did and it never mattered how far I was behind him what the weather was like, he always waited at the door and opened it for me. Once in, David and I would chat as we walked the hall to our respective jobs. What makes such a small thing worth sharing with you is that I'm about 40 years older than David and it made no difference to him. He was kind, thoughtful and always cheerful. I don't often get that experience with younger folks today so it seemed important that you know. David was a wonderful young man.
As we went on with our day yesterday after hearing such heart wrenching news it struck me over and over that the world should pause, if not for more than a moment, and acknowledge such a great loss. And even though we couldn't halt the passage of time the loss of David was expressed by all the tearful faces of his co-workers.
You had a remarkable son and I'm so glad I had the priviledge of knowing him.
God Bless,
Karen

Dear Premo family........
We do not know you , but we are deeply saddened to hear of another vibrant young man being taken from this world. We understand the pain you are feeling as we lost our 16 year old grandson in May, 2011. The grief is just something we could never have imagined as I am sure you are feeling right now. Please know that he is wrapped in Jesus' arms and was surely met at Heaven's gates by our grandson Joe. Try to keep a tight grip on your Catholic Faith.......we know how hard this is to understand and the question "why" is one we ask over and over. Trust in God's infanite wisdom to get you through this time and give you some peace. The pain will never end and your hearts will always have a hole in them, but only time can help you endure. Know that you are not alone. Talk to people about him and keep his memory alive. The sadness will last forever but the memories will to!! God has David in His Keeping, but you have him in your hearts.
with deepest sympathy and prayers, Mary Janet and Dave Kushion, St Charles.
