To Alice's family, I offer my sincere condolences. As her friend and coworker at SVSU, I can say that her dedication to students, the University, and Saginaw community truly made a difference to so many. The lives of many were made better because of her passion to make a difference. I've heard my stories over the years from former students asking about her and saying how much she helped them.
I am deeply saddened by her passing and hope that her family knows just how special she was to the many students she helped. She truly made a difference.
