Obituary of Jeanne Lois Kyle

Kyle, Jeanne Lois Saginaw, Michigan Loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt passed away on Sunday morning, February 7, 2021 at Covenant Healthcare in Saginaw. She was 82 years old. Jeanne L. Hahn was born June 2, 1938 in Saginaw, Michigan to the late Edward and Jeanette (Burns) Hahn. She married George R. Kyle, Sr. on November 25, 1953 in Indiana. He preceded her in death on February 27, 2001. Jeanne attended Delta College and Saginaw Valley State University. She was employed by Saginaw County 9-1-1 Authority as an emergency dispatcher, retiring after 20 years of service. Jeanne was a member of First Presbyterian Church and later, Grace Lutheran Church for many years. She was also a longtime member of the American Business Women's Association. She loved bowling, playing bingo, and taking trips to the casino. Jeanne was a Card Club member and enjoyed playing many different card games. But, what she really loved most was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, they were the light of her life. Surviving are her children, Peter (Kathryn) Kyle, Kathryn (Gordon) Weiss, Julie (William) Cather, and Rachel (Adam) Larkin; daughter in-law, Michelle Kyle; grandchildren, Peter (Sandra) Kyle, Jr., George A. (Alicia) Kyle, Alex (Krista) Kyle, Nikki (Daniel) Barrios, Bobbi Jo (Cris) Moeller, Jenni (Scott) Vandenberg, Stephanie (Wilson) Calvert, Allison (Jordon) Baker, Bryan (Erin) Weiss, and William Cather; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, William (Sharon) Hahn, and many nieces and nephews. Jeanne was preceded in death by her son, George R. Kyle, Jr.; daughter, Kimberley Kyle; sister, Joann Kolhoff. In keeping with Jeanne's wishes, cremation has taken place. There are no services planned at this time.
