Obituary of Barbara May Crocker

Crocker, Lea, Barbara, passed away Dec. 22, 2020, at Wellspring Assisted Living in Saginaw. She was 94. Barbara was born in Saginaw on Sept. 19, 1926 to the late Charles and Theresa Fry. She graduated from Saginaw High School in 1944 and attended Bay City Junior College. She worked at Michigan Bell Telephone and later George Electric Auto Parts. She married Chester A. Lea in 1950. He passed away in 1993. In 1998 she married Benniett J. Crocker. He died in 2018. She enjoyed cooking, playing bridge, relaxing at the family cottage, and spoiling her grandchildren.
Barbara is survived by her three children: Kip (Lorri) Lea of Saginaw; Bonnie (Dave) Quinn, Naperville, Ill.; and Patty (Jim) Busuito, Lake Orion, seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Barb was predeceased by her five siblings.
FUNERAL: A private funeral service will take place at a later date with Pastor Kayla Roosa to officiate. Entombment to follow in Oakwood Mausoleum.
