My condolences to the Bierlein Family. I knew her as Nan. My family grew up in Shields, 1 house away from Nan, that's what I called her. She was a very beautiful lady. Loved listening to her stories. When she moved to Houghton lake. My parents had cottage not from her. Always loved Her. A GREAT lady. Gail Kragenbrink Halvorsen

We will miss Aunt Nan as much as we miss Gramma Jean. We thank her for being a stand in Gramma at Taylor and Megan's wedding. Taylor, Jean and Nan had their own experiences while John and I vacationed. Oh boy, the stories.
I remember early childhood sleepovers with Aunt Nan on Wheeler St. and even though we went years without any contact until our later years, she and all my other Aunts were such a gift. The Terrian clan was the best family fun you could experience.
She was a hoot with our neighbors in Cumming, Ga. especially Anne, Kelly and Ron Kott. They accommodated Muffet and Nan during their stay for Taylor's wedding. We enjoyed many visits with Aunt Nan and Gramma Jean and occasionally Aunt Betty.
RIP all of you fun loving siblings. We will see you again one day.:heart::heart:
Love you all, John, Pat, Taylor, Megan, Brooklynn, Beckett and Blakey.

Joe and I really enjoyed our visits to her and Bob in Houghton Lake. She and Joe shared many delightful stories. She knew how to have fun but could weather the hard times as well. She and I were able to visit several times after the deaths of our husbands and enjoyed our reminiscing as well. She was definitely a woman to remember with a smile. May she rest in peace and rise in glory.

Auntie has a special place in my heart. She always had stories, some funny, some interesting, and some I heard many times over. Never a dull moment around her. She made friends easily and everyone loves her. It's been hard not being able to see her much since Covid has the assisted living facilities shut down but we managed a couple special gatherings during the nice weather when we could get her outside. It's hard to imagine what it will be like without her. May she Rest In Peace.
