Obituary of Benny Juarez

Juarez, Benny of Saginaw, Michigan passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at his residence. Benny was born November 24, 1939 in Saginaw, Michigan the son of the late Eliseo and Carolina (Mendoza) Juarez. He graduated from Saginaw High School. Benny enjoyed baking, cooking and watching cooking shows and Mexican novels.
Benny is survived by a niece; Caroline Martinez, nephew; Marcos Martinez, great nephew; Marcos D. (Heather) Martinez, great-niece; Melissa Martinez, great-great- niece; Amirah Martinez and sister in-law; Joyce Juarez of South Bend, IN and many cousins. Besides his parents, Benny was preceded in death by siblings; Joseph Juarez, Helen Chantaca and Louis Juarez (one day after himself).
FUNERAL: Funeral Liturgy will take place Friday, October 23, 2020 at 11:00 AM from St. Joseph Catholic Church, 910 N. 6th Ave. Saginaw, MI 48601. Rev. Fr. Frank Voris OFM Cap will officiate. Committal service to follow in Mt. Olivet.
VISITATION: Friends are welcome to visit St. Joseph's Catholic Church on Friday, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of mass (weather permitting).
MEMORIALS: Those planning a memorial contribution are asked to consider St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
