I'm very sorry to hear about Mr. Williams' passing. I have many fond memories of playing volleyball with him at the Saginaw YMCA, where was very kind and encouraging to myself and my brother. I especially remember him allowing me (as teenager) to play with a strong team from the Y at a tournament somewhere in Michigan (Lapeer?). We had a great day and won the tournament. Part of the prize was being handed back our uncashed entry fee check. Mr. Williams tore a piece off for every player! He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
