Obituary of Tyler John Mayotte

MAYOTTE, Tyler John of Elko, Nevada, formally of Saginaw Michigan, was called home on July 4, 2011. He was 23 years old. Tyler was born in Lansing, Michigan to Michelle (Mayotte) Doran. He and his mother moved to Saginaw in 1989. Tyler was a student at John Moore Elementary, South Middle School and Arthur Hill High School. He enjoyed playing basketball, football, skateboarding, biking, hiking and creating his own artwork. He would call home every week about automotive work, which he also enjoyed. In 2007 Tyler moved to Elko, Nevada where he was employed as a security guard at the Red Lion Casino and Loomis Armored Security Car Service. Tyler leaves behind his daughter, Desiree Carmen Mayotte of Elko, Nevada; his parents, Melvin and Michelle Doran; three sisters: Rachel Burnham of Missouri, Tara (Aaron) Sykes, and Cassandra Doran; three brothers: James Doran, Sean Doran, and Chris Doran: his grandparents, Sharron and James Fenn of Kalkaska; plus several special and loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins of which he considered more as "brothers and sisters". FUNERAL: Funeral services will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 9, 2011 at Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State). Rev. Kathryn S. Snedeker will officiate. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. VISITATION: Friends are welcome to visit at the Deisler Funeral Home on Friday, July 8, 2011 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
