Obituary of Sarah Christine Thurston

Sarah Christine (Perkin) Thurston, age 34 passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, July 18, 2019 at her home. Sarah was born August 19, 1984 in Riverside, CA the daughter of Darwin and Flora (Casper) Perkin. Sarah enjoyed ice skating and roller skating in her younger years. She went on to enjoy journaling and crafts; but her passion was photography. Most of all, Sarah enjoyed spending time with her children.
Sarah is survived by her five children, Kylie, Summer, Bear Thomas Thurston, Levi Decker and Loran Herndon; parents, Darwin and Flora; and a sister, Charlotte. Sarah was preceded in death by a brother, Noll Perkin.
FUNERAL: A funeral service will take place Friday, July 26, 2019 at 11:00 AM from Resurrection Lutheran Church, 2110 Brockway Rd. with Pastor Marilyn Robinson to officiate. Private burial to conclude in Eastlawn Cemetery.
VISITATION: Family and friends will gather Thursday, July 25, 2019 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM from Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd (off State) and again Friday morning at the church from 10:00 AM until the time of services.
