Obituary of Virginia L. Mendoza

MENDOZA, Virginia L. of San Antonio, Texas formerly of Saginaw, Michigan passed away on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at her home. Age 65 years. Virginia Limon was born on July 22, 1946 in Calhoun, Michigan to the late Baldemero and Antonia (Cruz) Limon. Virginia had been employed by General Motors until her retirement. She loved to cook for her family and friends. Surviving are two sons; Jesse Espinosa and John (Tracy) Espinosa; a daughter, Christina Espinosa; her fiancé, Harold Ciccotti, III; seven grandchildren, Olivia, Ellijah, Miriah, Salvador, Kaylynn, Samantha, and John Jr. and a brother and three sisters, Robert (Tammy) Limon, Frances Limon, Rosanne (Michael) Limon-Dzingleski and Rita Limon. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Virginia was preceded in death by a son, Casey Espinosa and six brothers: John, Joseph, Alexander, Daniel, Raymond, and Valdo Limon. FUNERAL- Virginia's Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State). Burial will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. VISITIATION- Friends are welcome to visit with Virginia's family at the funeral home on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. A Prayer Vigil will take place Tuesday evening from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Friends may also visit on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the 11:00 a.m. Service.
