Obituary of Tina Marie Sweitzer Hy

HY, Tina Marie (Sweitzer) of Saginaw, MI passed away on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at Covenant HealthCare - Cooper. She was 37 years old. Tina Marie Sweitzer was born on September 26, 1974 to Thomas and Sandra (Bryan) Sweitzer. She was married to Kevin Michael Hy on May 9, 2008 at St. Peter Catholic Church in Mt. Clemens; he survives her. Tina was a graduate of Heritage High School, Class of 1992. She was a medical coder at MidMichigan Hospital in Midland. Tina's humor, wit and selfless nature was loved by all who knew her, and she will be dearly missed by her family especially her husband, Kevin Hy; her beloved dog, Shayla; mother, Sandra Sweitzer of Saginaw; two sisters: Kimberly (Mark) Walker and their son, Nick of Rockford, MI, and Beth (Phil) Seipke-Kuch and their children: Taylor, Zachary, Madison and Brendon; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Stan and Gloria Cichy of Clinton Twp., MI; brother-in-law, Glenn Cichy of Clinton Township, sister-in-law, Amanda Cichy of Clinton Township; grandmother, Velma Bryan of Port Charlotte, FL; also surviving are many aunts, uncles and cousins. Tina was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Sweitzer; and her grandparents. FUNERAL: According to Tina's wishes cremation has taken place and a private family Memorial Service was held at Hopevale Church.
