Obituary of Keith Kuse

KUSE, Keith of Saginaw, Michigan, passed away on Thursday, April 19, 2012, at Cartwright Hospice Residence. He was 86 years old. Keith Kuse was born on October 29, 1925 in Breckenridge to the late William and Anna (Rolixman) Kuse. He married Norma Elaine Federspiel on February 19, 1949 in Angola, Indiana. She preceded him in death on July 30, 2009. Keith was a member of Countryside Trinity Church. He had been employed by Dow Chemical for 32 years before retiring in 1982. Keith proudly served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and was a member of the Masonic Lodge #77. Surviving are a son, Richard (Jean) Kuse; a granddaughter, Cherie (P.J.) Salabak; great-granddaughters: Britney and Ricki. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two sisters: Louise (Clayton) Nevins, Wilda (John) Fulton; two brothers: Rollo (Helen) Kuse, Wayne (Eleanor) Kuse: also, three brothers-in-law and their wives. FUNERAL: Keith's Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 24, 2012, at Countryside Trinity Church, 4690 Weiss. Rev. Kenneth R. Parker will officiate. Burial will take place at 2:00 p.m. in Ridgelawn Cemetery in Breckenridge with military honors under the auspices of American Legion Post #295. VISITATION: Friends are welcome to visit the family at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State) on Monday, April 23, 2012 from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Keith will lie in state at the church on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
