Obituary of Rosemary Ann Zissler

Zissler, Rosemary "Rosie" A. of Saginaw Michigan, Our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend passed away on Friday, February 24, 2017 at the Cartwright Hospice Residence, with her family by her side. She was 70 years old. Rosemary A. Twarozynski was born on April 8, 1946 in Saginaw, Michigan to the late Anthony and Lucille (Bosserdet) Twarozynski. Rosie was a kind, caring and gentle spirit and loved her dog, Buddy. She enjoyed playing bingo, as well as playing pinochle with her brothers and sisters. She also enjoyed going to the casino. She will forever be remembered for her special sense of humor and her love for her entire family. Surviving are one daughter and two sons: Jennifer (Tim) Krieger, Henry (Andrea) Zissler, and Eric (Heather) Zissler; eight grandchildren; one great grandson; eight sisters and three brothers: Martha (Roger) Royal, Sheila Twarozynski, Kathy (Kurt) Fandell, Patty Vasquez, Tina (Bob) Nowacki, Tony Twarozynski, Wayne (Jean) Twarozynski, Mike (Linda) Twarozynski, Mary (Larry) Lozo, Barb Metiva, and Brenda Harris; and her beloved dog, Buddy. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Nancy Twarozynski; two brothers-in-law, Dan Metiva and Gill Harris. FUNERAL: A Memorial Service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State) Rev. Fr. Steve Gavit will officiate. Honoring Rosie's wishes cremation has taken place. VISITATION: Friends are welcome to visit with the family at the funeral home on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
