Obituary of Sharon L. Lagalo

Lagalo, Sharon Lynn Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and daughter passed peacefully on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 in Cumming, GA surrounded by her family. Sharon Lynn Clements was born on October 27, 1947 in Jackson, MI to Floyd and LaFern (Smith) Clements. Sharon married Anthony "Tony" Lagalo on August 21, 1968 in Flint, MI. He preceded her in death on September 10. 2016. Sharon loved to crochet, spending time with her family and genealogy, tracing her mother's family back to the Revolutionary War. She was a member of Daughters of the American Revolution. Life member of Daughter's of the Nile-Makere Temple #99 serving as queen twice, Past Worthy Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star-Martha Washington Chapter #113. She will be dearly missed by those that knew her. Surviving are her two daughters: Tiffany (Rollie) Fuller of Cumming, GA and Sherri (Scott) Callahan of Saginaw, MI; her grandchildren: Abigail, Emily, and Natalie Fuller and Kaitlyn, Hunter, and Owen Callahan; father, Floyd Clements; sister, Karen (Don) Moraczewski; brother-in-law, Robert "Jibber" (Barbara) Lagalo; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins and her beloved dog, Stormy. Sharon was preceded in death by her husband Anthony "Tony" R. Lagalo; and her mother, LaFern Clements. Per Sharon's wishes cremation has taken place. The family would like to welcome visitors at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State), Saginaw, MI from 3:00 until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, October 27, 2016, which would have been Sharon's 69th birthday, with a Daughter's of the Nile Memorial Service at 7:00 p.m. A family burial will be held at Mt. Olivet Cemetery on Friday, October 28, 2016. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Transportation Unit at Elf Khurafeh Shrine Center.
