Obituary of Anestacio R. Teneyuque

Passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at McLaren Bay Region. He was 78 years old. He was born on July 22, 1938 in San Marcos, Texas to the late Anestacio Sr. and Urbana (Rodriguez) Teneyuque. JR worked for the Michigan Sugar in Sebewaing, Michigan for over 20 years until his retirement in October 2010. He enjoyed playing baseball, bowling, and singing music. JR will be remembered for being strong, funny, and stubborn. Surviving are many members of his family, including three sisters: Consuelo DeLeon, Dora Amador, and Gloria Pacheco; brother, Raymond Teneyuque; and his life-long partner, Marge Alegria. He was preceded in death by many family members. FUNERAL: A Funeral Service will take place at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, October 17, 2016 at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State). Rev. Fr. Joseph Schabel will officiate. Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. VISITATION: Friends are welcome to visit with the family on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. MEMORIALS: In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to the family c/o Crystal Beffrey.
