Kathy and family, please accept my sincere condolences. I went to school with Dean for many years. I can remember vividly trying not to laugh in class when he was giving the teacher a hard time, that must have been 5th or 6th grade. I think everyone at school knew who he was. Then, years later, I worked with you, Kathy, at the Township Hall. I've thought of you often, hoping to meet up with you sometime. Take care of you and yours and rest in peace Dean.
