The family would like to give a special thank you to Golden Hope Adult Care Home (Maria and John Gonzalez) and Milton Spivack at SW Geriatrics for the excellent care they gave to our Dad from December 18, 2015 until May 29, 2016 when Dad got his wings. Maria and John became part of our family and Dad loved them and their caring staff. Also the family would like to thank Patrick, Dad's hospice nurse, and the team at Assurance Healthcare. Our family was never alone thanks to these two organizations. Everyone who knew Jim will always feel his loving arms around them and know he is dancing in heaven right now with his wife, two daughters, and parents.
