Obituary of Zelma Novak

Novak, Zelma Saginaw, Michigan Passed away peacefully on Monday, April 25, 2016 at Saginaw Geriatrics Home. She was 92 years old. Zelma Chain was born on January 8, 1924 in Brisbane, Australia. Zelma moved to the U.S. in 1948. She was married to Julius L. Novak, he preceded her in death. Zelma was a very talented seamstress, and enjoyed working for Edward's Men Shop. She also enjoyed spending time in her flower gardens. Zelma was also preceded in death by her daughter, Shirley Novak. She has many close friends and neighbors who will cherish her memory. According to Zelma's wishes cremation has taken place. Committal and burial of her cremated remains will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 29, 2016 in Novesta Township Cemetery, 2897 Cemetery Rd., Cass City MI 48726. Chaplin Doug Bassett will officiate.
