Huerta, Cesario "Chaco" Jr. of Saginaw, Michigan Beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, son, brother and uncle, passed away on Friday, January 29, 2016 at Harper University Hospital in Detroit. He was 62 years old. Cesario Huerta, Jr. was born on November 16, 1953 in San Benito, Texas to Cesario, Sr. and Maria D. (DeLeon) Huerta. Cesario was a proud 1972 graduate of Saginaw High School. He married the love of his life, Maria A. Peña on November 26, 1969 in Saginaw, MI; she survives him. Cesario worked for Delphi Automotive for 34 years, retiring in 2006 as a machine operator. Cesario was a faithful member of Saginaw Valley Community Church. He was an avid outdoors men enjoying gardening, camping, and canoeing. Throughout his life Cesario treasured his beloved dogs, most currently, Chico. Above all, he loved and cherished his family, especially his grandchildren and the many special times they shared swimming and bike riding. He will forever be remembered for his wisdom, kindness and his open-mindedness and his ability to express his opinion or give advice. Cesario is survived by his beloved wife, Maria A. "Toni" Huerta of Saginaw; two sons and three daughters: Cesario (MaryLee) Huerta, III, of Midlothian, VA; Melva E. Huerta and her fiancé, Reuben Arroyo of Saginaw, Andria E. (Michael) Childs of El Paso, TX, Michael V. Huerta and his fiancée, Amy Acevedo of Saginaw, and Anita Huerta of Saginaw; 13 grandchildren: Justin Huerta, Breanna Arroyo, Lorenzo Arroyo, Erica Chester, Savannah Williams, Michael Childs, Jr., Marcos Childs, Aleah Huerta, Natalie Huerta, Benjamin Huerta, Cesario Huerta, IV, Mateo Huerta, and Alexandra Huerta; one great-granddaughter, Nari Fleming; parents, Cesario and Maria D. Huerta, Sr. of Saginaw; three brothers and four sisters: Gilberto Huerta of Saginaw, Dora (Robert) Ruiz of Burt, Rosa Martinez of Saginaw, Maria Y. Alvear of Grand Prairie, TX, Daniel (Gilda) Huerta of Saginaw, Eddy (Carol) Huerta of Killeen, TX, and Diane Regalado of Saginaw; and a mother-in-law, Juanita Botello of Saginaw. Also surviving are six sisters-in-law and four brothers-in-law, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousin, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Teodoro and Gregoria (Villarreal) DeLeon, Sr. and Maria (Reyes) Huerta; six uncles: Teodoro DeLeon, Jr., Jose Huerta, Jesus Huerta, Sr., Manuel Huerta, Bernardino Huerta, and Gregorio Huerta, Sr.; and two aunts, Ofelia DeLeon and Ameli Ybarra. FUNERAL: A Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 4, 2016 at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State) Pastor Richard Sayad will officiate. Burial will follow at Eastlawn Memorial Gardens. VISITATION: Friends are welcome to visit with the family at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
