Karen, Stu, Stevie and Jentje - We have been thinking so much about you all and your dad. So many memories and we are so very sad he is gone. It leaves a big void in our hearts but cherish the memories of which there are many. He was so special to our family--always there for us and for Mom when Dad died. You will never know how much it meant to us. And of course your dear Mom was there as well and left us way to early. We will never forget his always entertaining sense of humor. We love you all so much and your friendship through the years is a treasure. Love, Sally and Nancy

Memories of Stu Yntema at Point Lookout. Enjoyed playing Bridge with Stu where he would scare you with a high bid and he would make it. He was a sincere conversationalist and we enjoyed many moments discussing important topics. I played with Stu as a partner on the tennis courts lots of years ago. We had our work cut out as Piippy Booth was one of our opponets. Stu carried the day with the winning shot.
Stu always had a warm greeting when he saw you.
We express our sympathy to Jody and the Yntema family. Joyce and Bill Kessel

My condolences to Jody, Steve, Stu and family. Stu had an effervescent spirit and a wicked, dry sense of humor, one of the best I've ever known. A fond memory of Stu was at his son Steven's college graduation celebration dinner at Carlos-Murphys. We culmatively did 24 upside margaritas, breaking the bar record. Half way through, Stu had Steve and I lift his legs and shake him to "mix" the margarita, exposing his garters. We still laugh about that to this day. I'm sure when Stu comes off the course in heaven, God will ask him his score, and Stu will turn to him with that wry smile and say, "83....of course". Rest in peace Stu and know that you touched many and were loved by many.
Love, Dale

Our deepest condolences to Aunt Jody and all Stu's kids. We were so sad to get the call on New Year's Eve that he had passed. He was a very special guy and was always very kind and sweet to us. We always enjoyed seeing him at the Point and at Aunt Jody's. We're so sorry for your loss, but were relieved that he went quickly and peacefully. May you find peace in your many fond memories.
