Obituary of Betty A. Reinke

Reinke, Betty A. (MacArthur) Saginaw, Michigan Following a brief illness, our dear mother, grandmother and aunt, Betty Ann Reinke (McNeil/MacArthur) crossed over to be with her beloved sons, Matthew and Scott MacArthur, on September 8, 2015 at the Cartwright Hospice Center. Betty Ann was the daughter of Howard and Ella McNeil. Her parents, along with her sisters, Gladys Radewahn and Eleanor Wegner preceded her in passing and we know Mom was at peace in the thought of being reunited with all of her beloved family. Betty leaves behind to cherish her memory a daughter, Linda Jensen; a grandson, Max Jensen; two granddaughters; a great granddaughter; and many loved nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her very special and well loved "Gunther" who brought her great comfort in the years following the passing of her son, Scott. A special thank you to Mom's niece, Sue Blood who spent the final days at her bedside in addition to all of the wonderful and caring staff of the Cartwright Center. Honoring Mom's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a private interment at a later date. We will miss this beautiful and classy lady but we take comfort in knowing that she is finally with her boys who she has so deeply missed. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial contributions to the Cartwright Hospice Center.
