Obituary of Victoria Pluta

Pluta, Victoria "Vicki" of Saginaw, Michigan Passed away at her home peacefully on August 2, 2015 with her son by her side. She was 62 years old. Victoria Pluta was born on June 13, 1953 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania to the late Steve and Ann (Toath) Pluta. She was a 1971 graduate of Buena Vista High School. Vicki worked for several local dry cleaning companies for over 40 years. She loved and cared for everyone close to her. Above all, Vicki had a kind and caring soul. She was both a wonderful and dedicated mother; as well as treasured and cherished spending time with her son, Michael. Surviving are a son, Michael Pluta of Saginaw; two sisters and one brother: Linda Bashans of Saginaw, Stephen "Sonny" Pluta of Saginaw, and Patricia (Sam) Olivarez. She was preceded in death by a sister, Susan Pluta. FUNERAL: Honoring Vicki's wishes cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, August 7, 2015 at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State). Rev. Fr. Richard Bokinskie will officiate. VISITATION: Friends are welcome to visit with the family at the funeral home on Friday from 5:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
