BREIDENBACH, Maxine of Saginaw, Michigan, passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2015 Covenant HealthCare - Cooper. She was 82 years old. Maxine Marie Darrow was born on September 10, 1932 in Saginaw, Michigan to the late John and Mary (Lavery-Clemens) Darrow. She married her loving husband, Robert E. Breidenbach on November 22, 1952; he preceded her in death on April 5, 1990. Maxine graduated from Arthur Hill High School. She was a member of St. Stephen Catholic Church for many years, in the Junior Woman's Club, as well as a model and sales associate for Jacobson's Department Store. In her spare time, Maxine enjoyed bowling, Bingo, decorating, watching all sorts of sports, and cooking. She cherished nothing more than her family. Left to cherish her memory are four daughters and two sons: Lindy Eddy of Saginaw, Jody (Frank) Brogger of Freeland, Laura (Mike) McCabe of Whitefish, MT, Robert (Julie) Breidenbach of Sycamore, IL, Kelly (Todd) Marino of Saginaw, and Anthony Breidenbach of Detroit; eleven grandchildren: John-Henry (Kara) Eddy, Adam (Lindsay) Brogger, Nikki Brogger, Miles (Beth) McCabe, Erin McCabe, Kjelden Breidenbach, Cossette Breidenbach, Maxim Breidenbach, Jules Breidenbach, Molly Jo Marino, and Nicholas Marino; seven great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Maxine was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 38 years; and brother, Jack Darrow. MEMORIAL: Funeral Liturgy will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2015 at St. Dominic Catholic Church - St. Stephen site, 1310 Malzahn Street, 48602. Rev. Fr. Andy LaFramboise will officiate. Rite of Committal will follow in St. Andrew Cemetery. VISITATION: Friends are welcome to visit with the family at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Road (off State) on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday at the church, from 12:00 noon until the time of the service. MEMORIALS: In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to American Lung Association.
