Early on in the diocese, she served in helping establish the first Christian Service for the needy, working with migrants teaching Catechism. She taught first aid for the Red Cross, and taught swimming at the YMCA. In 1967 Marge embraced the empowering life of the Holy Spirit, thus the gift of Charismatic Renewal becoming very active in prayer meetings, hosting seminars to leading healing teams and retreats as a spiritual director and counselor in the Diocese and beyond. Marge was blessed to represent five states in being elected to her position on a fifty member board that discipled the Charismatic Renewal. On a leadership trip to Rome, Marge was blessed to have met Pope John Paul II, and met Mother Teresa on two occasions. Busy as she was ministering inner healing services in many U. S.
