I am sorry to hear of Jim's death, but firmly trust that his new life with God will be great. I had a nice visit with Jim shortly before Christmas and will always remember his warm smile, gentle disposition, and good sense of humor. When I first got to St. Pete's, I would greet Jim before Mass by saying, "How do you spell your last name?" He would say, "S-M-Y-T-H-E". You are all in my prayers.
